Welcome to your Health and Welfare Benefits Program Information Page.  You are now able to access your current benefit elections at any time from home or work within minutes by logging onto the MYHRInfo Employee Self-Service website. 

The Cablevision Benefits Program offers a variety of employee benefit choices so that you may customize the benefits package that best meets your needs now and throughout your career at Cablevision.  Our Annual Open Enrollment is coming soon and you will be given the opportunity to change your current elections for the upcoming plan year which begins each January 1st.

Once you log in, you can go to Benefits - Health and Welfare Summary to view your current benefit elections and which dependents you have listed under your coverage. *

If you are a new hire or are newly eligible for benefits based on a change from temporary to regular job status, you will notice that MyHRInfo will define this as a New Hireevent. Once you have your PeopleSoft ID, you will be able to log in and make your elections immediately.  You will have 31 days from your date of hire to complete your enrollment.

If you have a change in job status from part-time to full-time, or full-time to part-time, you will notice that MyHRInfo will define this as a Transferevent.  You will be able to make your elections once your HR Generalist has received and processed the appropriate paperwork.  Your HR Generalist will be able to advise you as to when you can expect to be able to enroll.  You will have 31 days from the date of your change in status to complete your enrollment.

If you experience a qualifying life event, MyHRInfo will define this as a Family Status Changeevent.  A Qualifying Life Event includes: birth/adoption of a child; marriage, divorce or legal separation or change in job status for your spouse or domestic partner that affects healthcare coverage).  Simply call or email your HR Generalist or the  Corporate Benefits Department and they will open the record for you so that you can make your elections.  You will need to provide documentation (i.e., birth certificate for birth of a child or marriage certificate for marriage) in order to be eligible to make your changes.  You have 31 days from your child’s date of birth or the date of your marriage, etc. to complete your enrollment.

Please remember that your changes must be consistent with your qualifying life event.  For the birth/adoption of a child or divorce, though you will still need to enroll and/or make appropriate changes within 31 days of the event, you will have 60 days to submit the appropriate documentation as these documents may not be received within your 31 day eligibility period.

Please remember that though you will have 60 days to provide documentation, you do not have 60 days to enroll/make certain changes to your benefit elections.  You must make all changes within 31 days of the date of your event.

If you do not provide the appropriate documentation within 60 days, your newborn will be removed from your coverage retroactive to his/her date of birth and you will be responsible for any charges incurred for his/her care.

There are instructions listed below that will make it easier for you to enroll.  If you are a new hire or newly eligible for benefits based on a change from temporary status to regular status, click New Hire.  If you have a change in job status, click Transfer and if you have experienced a qualifying change in status, click Family Status Change.
